Stephanie is a Staff Accountant at Equity Management Group Inc., where she is responsible for mortgages, property taxes and legal billings. She brings 10 years of experience in accounting to the company.
Stephanie oversees bi-weekly check runs and monthly mortgage reporting, and she takes part in the annual CAM reconciliations. She prepares and ensures the accuracy of all ledgers, accounts, and reports for 22 entities.
Stephanie Halcomb has been with Equity Management Group Inc. since 2025. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Morehead State University in 2015, and returned to Morehead State to earn a second Bachelor's degree in Accounting in 2019.
Outside of Equity Management Group Inc., Stephanie is the mother of three children and serves as a committee member for Scouting America Troop 183. She enjoys reading, camping, hiking, gardening and tending to her hobby farm animals.
