Megan serves as Legal Counsel for Equity Management Group, Inc., overseeing the legal operations that support our property portfolio. Megan collaborates closely with our management team to structure commercial leases, guide property acquisitions/dispositions, and resolve complex landlord-tenant issues.
Megan joined Equity in 2011, upon receiving her JD from the University of Kentucky College of Law. She is a graduate of Western Kentucky University School of Journalism and Broadcasting (BA, Journalism), where she was elected Phi Beta Kappa and awarded summa cum laude. She is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Outside of Equity, Megan enjoys being outdoors, reading, and spending weekends with her husband watching their two terrific children on the soccer pitch.
