Lev serves as Chief Operating Officer at Equity Management Group, where he helps oversee the company's day-to-day operations, including office management, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing. With over 16 years of experience in commercial real estate, he has been directly involved in more than $750 million in acquisitions throughout his career.
Lev's journey with Equity began as an intern, and he has since grown into a key leadership role within the organization—a testament to his deep institutional knowledge and long-standing commitment to the company's success.
Lev graduated magna cum laude from the University of Kentucky in 2010. He is an active member of several industry trade organizations, including the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Commercial Property Association of Lexington (CPAL), and the Small Bay Association. He is also deeply engaged in his community, serving as Treasurer for JFS and participating in the National Young Leadership Cabinet.
Lev resides in Lexington, Kentucky, with his wife, Maggie, and their three children, Maxwell, Elizabeth, and Charlotte.
