BJ serves as the receptionist at Chevy Chase Plaza, where she is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for visitors, tenants, and staff. Before joining Equity Management Group, she spent 32 years in public education, building a career centered on service, leadership, and supporting others. BJ holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Eastern Kentucky University, a Master of Arts in Education from Georgetown College, and a Master of Arts in Leadership from Eastern Kentucky University.
