Jason serves as President of Equity, where he oversees the company's core business operations. Having advanced through the organization into the role of President, he has played a key role in the company's growth while continuing to lead many of its acquisition, disposition, and leasing transactions. He has also managed numerous ground-up development projects from initial planning and design through construction and full operation. In addition to his work with Equity, he provides brokerage and advisory services to select third-party clients.
With more than 17 years of commercial real estate experience and over $1.5 billion in completed transactions, Jason has built a strong track record of identifying opportunities, creating long-term value, and leading complex real estate projects. Before joining Equity, he spent four years in public and governmental accounting with a local CPA firm.
Jason earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Transylvania University and a master's degree in Public Administration from Morehead State University. He is a licensed real estate agent in Kentucky, and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, hunting, and spending time with his wife and their three children.
