Jason is responsible for the day-to-day asset management, construction management, leasing, and strategic oversight of Equity Management Group’s 2.5 million-square-foot portfolio of retail, office, and industrial properties. He works closely with tenants, contractors, and ownership to maximize property performance, execute capital improvement projects, and enhance long-term asset value.
Jason brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate and construction experience, having previously managed and leased a regional portfolio totaling more than 5 million square feet across 12 states before joining Equity.
Jason earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado and completed graduate studies at the University of Kentucky. He is a licensed real estate broker in Kentucky and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Outside of work, Jason enjoys supporting the University of Kentucky Athletics teams, coaching youth soccer, and spending time with his wife, Stephanie, and their four children: Ava, Luke, and twins Jack and Elouise.
