company's in-house maintenance team and the day-to-day operational needs of its portfolio of retail, office, and industrial properties. He is responsible for coordinating repairs, preventative maintenance, vendor management, and ensuring each property is maintained to the highest standards.
A skilled electrician by trade, David brings a hands-on approach and extensive technical expertise to every project. Whether responding to tenant service requests, managing capital improvement work, or troubleshooting complex building systems, he is committed to delivering timely, practical solutions that keep properties operating efficiently.
David has been a valued member of the Equity Management Group team for more than 15 years. His dedication, technical knowledge, and commitment to exceptional service have made him a trusted resource for both property owners and tenants.
Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his family and taking on projects that allow him to put his
