Kathryne Watkins is the Controller for Equity Management Group and is responsible for leading the accounting and administrative staff.  Kathryne oversees the financial reporting and analysis for Equity and the multiple companies that have contracted with Equity for commercial property management and accounting services.  

 

Kathryne graduated with High Distinction from the University of Kentucky in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.  She worked as a Staff Accountant for Republic Property Management in Brentwood, TN, and then began her almost 25 years of employment with Equity Management Group.

 

Kathryne serves on the finance committee of Immanuel Baptist Church as Assistant Treasurer.  She also enjoys reading, singing, and spending time with her husband and family.
