Steve has been in Commercial Real Estate in Central Kentucky since 1969. Prior to moving to Lexington, he earned a B.S. degree in Architectural Engineering from Georgia Tech in 1963. The following year, he married his good luck charm, Susan, 57 years ago. 

 

Steve built and developed several shopping centers, office buildings, and industrial properties in central Kentucky, most of which are still owned and managed.

 

Steve served in the US Air Force Reserve from 1963-1969.  He also has held board positions on the First Security Bank (now known as Chase), Triangle Foundation Executive Committee, St. Joseph Hospital (Chair), and several other nonprofit boards. 

 

His single greatest accomplishments are his two children and seven grandchildren, all of who strive to make the world a better place.
