Kelly Mullins is General Counsel of Equity Management Group, Inc.  Since November 2005, she has been responsible for the in-house legal operations of the company.

 

Prior to this role, Ms. Mullins was a founding partner of a firm providing real estate legal services.  She was a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Gary Payne at the Fayette Circuit Court, Lexington, Kentucky until 1996.  Kelly is a graduate of Vanderbilt University (BA, Political Science) and the University of Kentucky College of Law.  She is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, Commercial Property Association of Lexington and ICSC.
