Cailee is a native of Union City, Tennessee. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Rollins College of Business at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and later completed her Master of Business Administration at Carson-Newman University.
As a member of the Equity Management Group team, Cailee specializes in asset management and leasing. She brings extensive experience in commercial real estate, property management, and asset management, supporting a broad range of initiatives across the company's portfolio. Her responsibilities include leasing administration, marketing, client relationship management, acquisitions, dispositions, and property valuations. Through her collaborative approach, strong financial background, and attention to detail, Cailee helps drive successful outcomes for clients and the organization.
Committed to both professional growth and community involvement, Cailee is a
graduate of the Elevate Kentucky Leadership Program (Class of 2019) and the Leadership Jessamine County program (Class of 2026). She currently serves on the Leadership Jessamine County Board of Directors, where she works to support and develop future community leaders while fostering collaboration and civic engagement throughout Jessamine County.
Outside of the office, Cailee enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband, Cody, and their Golden Retriever, Ripley. She is also an avid traveler and is working toward her goal of visiting all 50 states.
