Bret is Chief Executive Officer of Equity Management Group, Inc., a leading commercial real estate firm serving Central Kentucky with a managed portfolio spanning retail, office, and industrial properties throughout the region. In his role, Bret provides strategic direction and executive leadership for the firm, overseeing key decisions across leasing, acquisitions, fundraising, brokerage relationships, and long-term growth
strategy.
Bret works closely with the firm's executive team to guide Equity Management Group's next chapter of growth while maintaining the standard of service the firm has built with its tenants and clients.
Bret graduated from Tulane University with a bachelor’s degree in business management and New York University with a master’s degree in real estate. He is a licensed real estate broker in Kentucky.
Beyond his work at Equity Management Group, Bret has been past president of several not-for-profit organizations in the Cincinnati and Lexington communities. Bret is an active member of the ICSC, volunteer of United Way and The Jewish Federation of Cincinnati.
