Ande Long

Ande is a central Ohio native but has called Kentucky home for more than 30 years. With her ties to the region and extensive experience in commercial real estate leasing and property management, she is dedicated to delivering exceptional service by building strong, lasting relationships with both landlords and tenants while overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. Known for her responsive communication, attention to detail, and collaborative approach, Ande is committed to delivering exceptional service throughout every stage of the leasing and property management process.


As a licensed real estate agent, Ande manages a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, overseeing everything from negotiating lease agreements, coordinating property improvements, marketing available spaces, maintaining vendor and contractor relationships, and ensuring timely rent collection. She enjoys the variety and challenges that commercial real estate brings and takes pride in finding practical solutions that

benefit both property owners and tenants. Her ability to balance operational responsibilities with relationship management has made her a trusted resource for clients and colleagues alike.


Ande earned a Bachelor's degree in English from Asbury University and a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Grace College. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Commercial Property Association of Lexington (CPAL). She is committed to helping property owners

maximize the value of their assets while ensuring a positive experience for tenants. Outside of work, Ande enjoys spending time with her husband and adult children. As someone who has called Central Kentucky home for decades, she values the relationships she has built within the community and is proud to help businesses and property owners succeed throughout the region.
